Colwich Elementary School

Colwich Elementary serves grades PreK- 8th. Volleyball, basketball, and track are available for 7th and 8th graders. Other extracurricular activities that are offered are Scholars Bowl for 7th and 8th graders, Battle of the Books for 6th graders, Student council, choir and band for 6th to 8th graders. Colwich also requires a strict uniform dress code. “The intent of the uniform dress code is to provide a business-like atmosphere for learning and to build students’ pride in their school and in themselves.”

Veteran’s Park

Located at 5th and Chicago Ave, this park has a playground for children and is perfect to spend the day with family and create memories together.

Memorial Park

Memorial Park is located at 500 E. Chicago. This park has a pond and even ball fields! Memorial bricks can be purchased for a loved one who served in any branch of the military, a friend or a loved one and all proceeds go to the upkeep of the memorial site.

Located in Memorial Park, this league is sponsored by the City of Colwich. Registration is available online.

Walking Trails
